Directors Cut
Fans are able to watch Gopher hockey in a new way, from the director’s point of view in the truck. Viewers are able to turn on FOX Sports North for the game, then log on to FoxSportsNorth.com for a “super fan experience.” Directors Cut is a live view of camera angles, replays and graphics, an “inside look” at the broadcast while listening to the producer and director during the show.
FOX Sports North launched Directors Cut in November 2010 and has received thousands of page views and unique visitors online for every Gopher hockey broadcast since.
Snappy TV
Fans are able to view Gopher Hockey game highlights in a “snap” through SnappyTV technology on FoxSportsNorth.com. Viewers are able to watch the game live on FOX Sports North, then access instant highlights, including fights, close calls and goals seconds after it happens on FoxSportsNorth.com or via direct links sent out to fans on Twitter and Facebook. Fans are also able to share the clips on their own Facebook and Twitter platforms
