FOX Sports Ohio provides "Career Days" for local youth
Earlier this year, FOX Sports Ohio supported regional nonprofits MyCom and Columbus After-School All-Stars by hosting their students and teaching them about the network and careers in the sports broadcasting industry.- In February, FOX Sports Ohio hosted a group of 11 students for a “Career Day” at the Broadview Heights office and studio. The students are participants in a 10-week journalism program called “MyMedia.”
- In March, FOX Sports Ohio, in partnership with the Cleveland Cavaliers, organized a “Behind the Scenes Production Tour” for 16 Columbus After-School All-Star students at Quicken Loans Arena.

Upon the retirement of Joe Tait, long time Hall of Fame radio voice of the Cleveland Cavaliers, FOX Sports Ohio prepared to give a special good-bye. The effort resulted in solid ratings, improved web and social media interaction, increased media coverage and positive fan feedback.

FOX Sports Ohio's "March To Opening Day" Campaign Fuels Big Ratings
In preparation for Cincinnati Reds season, FOX Sports Ohio launched a preseason promotional campaign, “March to Opening Day,” to create excitement for the upcoming season.
* The campaign featured elements that fully integrated programming, production, marketing/PR, website and social media. * The combined efforts of FOX Sports Ohio and WKRC on Reds Opening Day yielded a staggering 16.3 HH rating, beating first run prime shows. (The Reds won their first game of the season on a 3-run HR by catcher Ramon Hernandez in the bottom of the 9th.)
