Monday, December 19, 2011 marked the beginning of a new chapter for FOX Sports Florida and Sun Sports, as the group officially moved into new offices in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
The studio and office space is located on two separate floors is in the center of the Ft. Lauderdale business district. The move brings the central business operations under one roof, while still maintaining team members in Orlando and Tampa.
The new building will feature a full production and high-definition broadcast studio on the ground floor that will be visible from Broward Boulevard. The studio, which will be online soon, will allow us to run pregame and postgame shows live in HD. The new building also includes a balcony on the upper floor that can be used to broadcast with the Fort Lauderdale skyline in the background.
