A FOX Sports Supports partner, Special Olympics is the
world's largest sports organization for children and adults with intellectual
disabilities — providing year-round training and competitions for more than 4.2
million athletes. 
FOX Sports North and FOX Sports Wisconsin are proud to
have ongoing partnerships with their local chapters and have an annual tradition
of supporting the Polar Bear Plunge—a major fundraiser for Special Olympics
Minnesota and Special Olympics Wisconsin.
Despite the recent subzero Midwest temps, the two regions
still had over 30 participants and
raised more than $5,000 combined. Read

FOX Sports North
Led by Senior Vice President and General Manager, Mike Dimond;
FOX Sports North staff, including Minnesota Wild on-air talent Mike Greenlay,
Kevin Gorg, Tom Chorske and Jamie Hersch, the FOX Sports North Girls Kaylin,

Mike Dimond’s Endeavor
With extreme determination to lead by example, Mike Dimond created his own “Freezin’ Beyond Reason” mission and decided to participate in ALL of the plunges across the state of Minnesota, with a goal of 25 jumps by March 15.

This is one of the best activities I participated in. Reaching my fundraising goal was the easy part. I am not going to lie, I was very nervous the day before up until the morning of, but when it came time, I just did it and it was a blast! It renewed my love for working for this company and reinforced what a great company we are!
